We spread Valentines out a bit this year. Sunday, we kicked off our festivities by opening gifts from Oma and Opa. The kids enjoyed their packages very much - thank you Opa and Oma!
For some reason, Bree was determined not to smile for the camera.
It makes me laugh when the kids pose with their gifts this way. I think I may have to try it. :)

Monday, we let the kids open their Valentines gift bags from us, since Jim was leaving town on business the following afternoon.

For Valentines Day on Tuesday, Grandma (Great Grandma to the kids) treated us to a nice dinner at one of neighborhood favorites - Monellis. As an extra treat, Uncle Joe and Aunt Diane joined us, too!
Wednesday, Grandma and Papa visited with valentines goodies for all.
I thought these cookies were too pretty to eat, but the kids quickly disagreed!
