Before We Say Goodbye to July

Hi All,
I thought I would post a few videos from the past month or so, since it always seems to be an afterthought.  It's mostly the kiddos in lounge mode. I know I am biased, but I think they are so darn cute!

Sliding, Wrestling, and Houdini

Hi All,
Here are some recent videos for your viewing pleasure.

Here is Bree showing off her skills on the slide. By the way, she has further perfected her sliding technique since the filming of this video!

Here is a wrestling match. Drew declared himself the winner when he successfully pinned Bree and was able to steal a kiss.

And finally, here is Drew, a.k.a. Houdini, exhibiting his best escapee move. This was filmed the same day Cue came home from the hospital. We had to move his litter box upstairs, and the only somewhat logical spot was the laundry room. But it has a pocket door that Drew can easily open. We thought the gate placed just high enough for the cats to get under would do the trick, but it hardly even slowed him down! The gate was subsequently placed all the way to the floor, and the cats need to jump over. Sorry Cue!

This is Bree on the microphone (with a little help from Drew), refining her singing skills, or should I say "voice amplification" skills. Although, I think she is giggling more than anything else.

Franken-Bree and Doorman Drew

Hi All,
We have a few videos to share of the kiddo's and their early days of walking. We think their walking style resembles Frankenstein, with the stiff leg movements and all.  And I love how they propel themselves back up by lifting their bottoms first. So watching Drew and Bree in action makes for good entertainment for us these days.
Here is "Franken-Bree", proving she can walk and brush her teeth gums at the same time. That girl's got talent!



And here is Drew, showing off a little talent of his own. His latest skill is opening the door (or at least attempting to, in the event we left it unlocked). Oh boy!

Rubber Duck Wars

Hi All,
We have a lot of heated exchanges over the yellow rubber duck that is a temperature gauge for the bathtub. So much so, Bree got another rubber duck (pink version) for Christmas. Well, as you can see, nothing has changed. If one has a rubber duck, the other is certain they must also have it. Bree stood her ground here!
