The kiddos have been busy lately. I thought I'd highlight a little of their recent activity.
Morning Wake Up Drill: When we go to fetch Bree, she often needs to bring along some comfort items from her crib. She will stand up in the crib and hand over everything she wants to have. On this particular day, like many days, she wanted about ten blankets, three books, a sippy cup, and of course, Santa.
The Organizer: I found Bree in the jump house, organizing all of her miniature books by placing them on the seam of the floor. She had a set of twenty six (for all the letters in the alphabet) plus another ten or so. She didn't stop until they were all neatly arranged!
The Climber: Drew has quickly found a new use for his new chairs! He loves the added height he gets from standing on them. Here, he discovered he can reach the light switches and also get a better look at the lock on the sliding glass door. He can open dead bolts, but I have yet to see him master this lock.
The Puzzle Solver: The kids are really liking puzzles these days, especially Bree. Here she is in action. She can get it back together with all the pieces dumped out too, but chose not too on this day....
The ummm, clown?!? I had to laugh when I caught Drew doing this, surely making his Dad proud!

We've outgrown some of our puzzles...I'll try to remember to bring a few for Bree. :)
